    Progresso "Chicken & Wild Rice" soup, seasoned and
    stretched with chicken broth and sliced Shiner Smokehouse sausage.
    Grilled Texas toast.

    Sockeye salmon, soaked in Bacardi dark heart rum. (Soaking now)


    Pan fried in a brown sugar, rum, and butter sauce. Served with Jasmine rice and bud ice.

    Chopped BBQ beef on a toasted bun. Probably slice up some jalapenos to add to it. Cherry tomatoes and baby carrots on the side. Some kind of fresh fruit for dessert, apple, peach, or plum.

    I made some home made shake n bake. With southwest pasta salad and bean salad.

    I marinated the chicken tenderloins in seasoned salt, newmans honey mustard dressing and milk. I made a crust out of tortilla chips, oatmeal, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Baked it for 30mins. Real good.

    Grilled chicken quarters. Cooked in a diy foil pan. Onion, garlic, steak seasoning(maybe), lime juice out a bottle.


    Grilled baked potatoes. Sprayed with Pam, sat on the grill bare. No foil.

    Last night was spinach, ricotta, mozzerella and parmesan stuffed jumbo shells with an italian sausage and ground sirloin marinara sauce. (Made enough for dinner last night and lunch today in a 15X10 Pyrex and froze a 13X9 and 10X8 Pyrex for another dinner and another lunch in the future.

    Tonight will be Beef Stroganoff. Getting ready to start cooking in a few.
