Seven strand, nylon in and out, "Mil-spec" so it's a knock-off, but still good stuff. A dude on Survivalistboards checked a bunch of different types of paracord vs the real stuff and the knock-offs all exceeded the 550 pound break test as long as they weren't the shitty cotton type.
