Voter fraud has been a regularity in the USA from the beginning. Usually when found, either ignored or the 'election' declared invalid. Until the Gore fiasco, nobody paid much attention. Then a Gov committee was started to 'clean' the voter roles. Most states responded with 'take a flying leap' and the committee was basically dumped. SCOTUS didn't help when they decided the US census did not require a 'citizen' check box. True the Vote has gotten some states to clean the rolls of dead voters but not much in the 'illegal' category. Noticed that Texas did finally show the gal convicted (felon voting) knew she was voting illegally. But consequences are still minimal. Several (Dem) cities and states have made non-citizen voting legal but SCOTUS still holds it illegal for Fed elections. Real effect? They (GOV) don't really care.

A friend sent me this and I found it informative as far as our elections and the voting process. There's a part one and a part two. I watch long videos like this at 1.5-2x speed. Anyway it's worth watching.
