The short barrel barely has enough meat for 1/2X28 and wouldn't have a shoulder to butt up against....the same for the end of the 16 inch barrel, so I will have to buy another one...... I want to at least put a 3 lug adaptor to run the obsidian on.......prefer that over direct threads....

Build a suppressor that slides over the short barrel and replaces the barrel nut... Form 1 it first of course...
