My take is that the political strategy by the leftist will be to fight out each and every suit opposing their gun control laws until overturned by state/federal court. Then pass new but different laws that still cause civilian disarmament of the lawful and responsible gun owners. And then repeat the cycle through the courts again if challenged. All on taxpayer's dime.
