Partly.. If you call them, they will only accept phone calls for "delayed orders". They push for you to go through their website.

It made me laugh because it took you so long to give them a call. I understand the frustration of the website push, though....try finding a customer service phone number for AT&T. LOL

I agree... The reason why I held off on calling (especially to companies that have poor phone service times): they are on Eastern Time Zone, open at 9am and close at 5pm est. (8am - 4pm central time). Which it's very challenging for me to make personal calls from work (even through my lunch).... Good Luck with AT&T Customer Service...
