Sometimes I'll see a storm and check the radar, it'll be 2-3 hours away. Pretty neat when those cumulonimbus hit the atmosphere. Some awesome pics there. I bet you see crap out there in the open that we dont get to necessarily see.
Those are amazing! Whereabouts is the ranch, if we can ask?Storm that popped up last Saturday evening at the ranch. It had some rotation to it.

Sure.... big town of Fluvanna, TX. Used to have a biker bar and post office. We don't have either now. Town is really thriving. Those are amazing! Whereabouts is the ranch, if we can ask?
I thought that I saw the "Bandera cross" in one pic, but don't remember a windmill farm...
Very neat how the caprock aids in storm development and pattern change.Because of the shape of the caprock, storms usually pass to the south or to the north of where I am. Odessa, about 15 miles away, often gets more rainfall then here. Watching the storms go around here on all sides can be pretty cool.
My class B hi skul played Fluvanna in basketball about 60 years ago.Sure.... big town of Fluvanna, TX. Used to have a biker bar and post office. We don't have either now. Town is really thriving.

Interesting how town just slowly dwindle away. The only substance Fluvanna has now is the wind farm.
