I will say that it's a pretty comprehensive list.

I was on a great lease with a bunch of really good folks. We didn't get a lot of deer, but we had good times. The guy who managed the place was a childhood friend of the property owner. When he kicked the bucket, the owner sold the property and we lost the lease. I've been on a couple of places since, but I have no patience for dealing with a bunch of out-of-control wahoos. People hunting pigs with dogs got the deer so that they only move at night. One guy brought a half dozen kids to the lease with 4 wheelers and turned them loose. He had the kids wear GPS dog collars so he could find them if necessary.

I can't afford a lease that costs more than my house. At some point I'm going to give up and sell off my gear. That date is getting close.

A guy I worked with was driving along one evening with his family. A coon ran out on the road and he ran over it. He stopped to check, as he didn't want to leave it suffering, but it was already dead. Another car stopped and a guy got out, walked up, and asked what happened. He told him he ran over the coon. After a minute or two the second guy asked, "Are you gonna take it home?" My coworker replied that he wasn't. The guy asked, "Then can I have it?" My coworker said he guessed he could, and the man scooped up the partially squished coon and drove off. I'm wondering now if that was Moonpie.

People will get in gun fights over fresh road kill.

One night on live PD 2 neighbors were having a fist fight and one got a gun cause a deer was hit by one but it landed in the others yard. They were fighting over the meat. Lol

We saw these nuisances virtually every day in NW Hills in Austin. ….maybe you can work out a deal with homeowners up there with a stealthy bow shot :)
I can go to Borne and do Archery in peoples yards but neighbors who are anti hunters get real mad and call the PoPo/ Game warden. I found a large herd of Axis but was warned of some real bad instances. Don't want to make my relatives into bad neighbors.
