I felt the Aransas Pass show was more enjoyable and prices were more reflective to reality than Saxet. Granted the majority of weapons at the Aransas Show were more akin to what you may inherit from Grandpa.
went today with an old Navy buddy! prices are still pretty high. picked up a Mosin Nagant. All the AR types are still "Twinkie" priced to say the least but one guy had a 22lr for around "normal" price you would see at Wallyworld (if they ever had any to sale). Ammo was hit or miss as far as price range goes but over all it seems like it might calm down in the next couple of shows. saw alot of tags on guns that have obviously been "marked up" in price but not buying no matter how bad i want an AR. thats just MHO.
