pro gun control protest at Capital 04/06/13

"Shame on people that say it's about politics I say it's about lives," said Chief Acevedo. "And it's about the lives of my neighbors my friends my coworkers that I'm willing to stand up for.

I was just reading about this. The part I do not like is that Chief Acevedo is out there in uniform and allowed to speak on this. Most leo's are not allowed to wear uniforms and speak at a political event. I would imagine if we were, there would have been plenty in uniform in Jan at the pro 2nd amendment rally.
