I paid $760 for my Colt 1911 Series 80 Government model a year ago. Came with 2 magazines, case, cleaning kit. So The $469 that you quoted isn't bad at all. Springfield models are harder to get right now and Kimbers are even harder to get and more expensive yet.

Does any one have one of these Springfield Armory 1911 Loaded BLK/ST. If so what do you think about it and all that. Good and Bad please. I am looking at getting one and want a little background homework on it first.
