    -Main person setup the calendar and a few others could see the details
    -Other users could call up the calendar but everything displayed as Free or Busy
    -Now ALL users are showing only Free or Busy

    Part way through the problem new computers were migrated in but now the whole dept. is on same computers and software. IT dept is covered up and can't really help right now.

    Searching the web I see we are not alone with this problem but I haven't found a solution.

    TIA for any help.

    ETA: a few mintues after the post I found out the calendar was orginally created in Lotus Notes and imported to Outlook.
