    Well, after watching that video there is no wonder why I have so much trouble with my 1911's, they must all be junk....

    Seeing as the 1911 is a pretty weak and unreliable platform to start with, I'm not surprised that minor changes caused it to malfunction.

    He shoulda got a good modern polymer gun

    Damn, now I remember why I quite visiting this site.

    Have had 3 1911's,,,,,,,no problem from any although 1 Glock did,,,,,,maybe it's because I'm an "oldgun"........;)

    I got 2 1911s.

    What can I say, I got a soft spot for antiques. When I shoot them I like to think about what it must have been like for those guys fighting the British during the American Revolution.
