The fact that its being referred to a 4 bullet is what bothers me. 4 star is the highest it can go and it does not take a 4 star to initiate an Ar 32 and subsequent General CM. IF you/he made 4 stars on Obamas watch then you can bet $$$$$ he is aligned with Obama, when Obama blinks he is grabbing for a umbrella while jumping saying how high.

No one else see this $5 billion for his release story? Also from what ive seen it looks like he will get a general not honorable discharge.
