Then there's all the laws of Texas that allow personal sales of firearms to other eligible residents without an FFL.A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Do they check your driving record when you go to buy a car?
Does this include persons illegally in this country and convicted felons? So THEY have the universal right to bear arms as you and I? If so, please sell me on that.
I agree Texas law supports ELIGIBLE persons buying without FFL, I have done it many times myself. What the APD is addressing is not the eligible persons in my opinion.
