Gotta brag on the kiddo. She had her track meet today, last one to qualify for district. Shes in discus & threw for 79' & some change.... 60' gets her into the district meet. Her best in a meet until today was 59'. So not only is she going to the district meet she got 1st place today & beat the girl that's been in 1st place at the past meets. She spanked that ass

For the last few meets & practice at school shes been throwing from the front of the circle with no body spin. Her coach taught her the body spin yesterday & she picked it up better than the other girls on her team. We have a practice discus at the house & we took her to the park last night & she was throwing a little over the 85' we had marked off.
