Mayor BanEverything is really pissed off about the injunction and he's already making noises that decision will be challenged in court. He doesn't like people standing up to him and telling him he's full of shit. But the invasion of nanny statism isn't just IN those Nanny States. Around the country there are legislators pulling the same stupidity, whether it's on "caloric intake" or anti-gun. Here in Nevada we have a couple of our own asshole nanny staters and gun grabbers. Assembly Majority Leader William Horne, D-Las Vegas has proposed a $25 tax on gun sales and a $0.02 tax on each round of ammunition sold......for, get this, "benefit of mental health treatment and crime victims." Then there's Assemblywoman Lucy Flores, D-Las Vegas, who has come up with the fact that ObastardCare doesn't go far enough with the requirement of restaurants to list the calorie count of food they offer. She wants ALL restaurants, not just those with 20 or more outlets, to be required to list calories on their food. Where do these assholes crawl out from under and what assholes keep electing them???
