So I know how much fun we have it this thread (http://www.texasguntalk.com/forums/off-topic-chat/30186-nsfw-super-post-whore-thread-v2-0-a.html) and while I'm not trying to take anything away from the original thread I think this is a fun idea. Basically works exactly as the other one where you can post just about anything, pictures, comments, video, etc. but keep it military themed. I know there are a lot of veterans and active duty here on TGT and figured this would be fun, it is not limited to veterans and there is no need to have served to post here however please try and keep it military themed and anything else post up in the original thread. I'll kick it off.

No military service record here. I try my best to make that clear. Question. WTF is a "click"? I always hear this 3.5 clicks North etc....
Is there a set distance represented by a click?
    Thanks

I was always amazed how the military jumps back and forth between metric and standard, some things are meters while other yards, we used to always laugh because on the KD range (known distance) for qualification is was in yards then if you throw the RCO's (acogs) into the equation they are calibrated in meters. Btw Marine Corps annual rifle qual is with RCO's now and no longer iron sights, sucks.

I just finished "Act of Valor". For the citizen with a fairly strong appreciation for our fighting men (and women), this movie kinda surprised me. How "true life" is this movie? I have a VERY good friend in SOC and he don't talk shop. I'm in awe of what these units do.
Here's a pic my buddy sent me a while back. View attachment 15244
