Made a few changes

[RCC]

I built this AR a few years ago, I have enjoyed shooting/hunting with it but there were a few things that I didnt like about it. One of those things was the 1/9 twist barrel(all my other rifles are 1/7) and the quadrail that was on it.

Here is what it used to look like-

I had a S&W quadrail that someone gave me so I decided to borrow one of my friends mill's and go to work.

I used the mill to remove sections of the quadrail on the bottom and both sides-

I then had it Cerakoted FDE-

I replaced the old barrel with a DD 1/7 with pinned flash hider-

Finished product-

I will be installing a Viper Vortex PST 1-4 when it arrives.

The lower is from Spikes Tactical. I dont see it on their site but I would guess they still make them.
