I went from this guy: View attachment 212244 to this guy; View attachment 212246 in a little over a year. No Carbs, sugar, or fried foods and a metric fuckton of exercise. Moving does do a lot. Diet is huge, but so is exercise.
Exercise has the added benefit of keeping your mind off food and kicking up an endorphin storm

**** a bunch "keto" ... I call it eating only what nature intended, low carb/no sugar and grains, and nothing else.
3 years from 80 years old, and down 83 lbs since 11/6/2018 ... 272 to 189, which is what I weighed in the service.
