I met Tim LaFrance a few years ago.

He’s a great guy. Was a good friend of my brother’s. Whenever I would come to San Diego we all would met Tim at his favorite pizza joint and then go hang out at his shop. This was all through the 90s.

I was on the list for one of the first MK5s. But a LOT problems ensued that is not proper to discuss on a forum about someone else. We lost track of things.

Just talked to him a few weeks ago and things are going well for him. He is still hard core about racing.

Forgot the make of the knife with Japanese steel. Bought it for the unique lockup.

My old Marlin 1894 .38 / .357 saddle rifle, old buck 110 (bought in 1969 original leather case) and a relatively new Pietta repro Peacemaker (.38 / .357). New cross draw holster. This is the group my sons will fight over when I am gone. Will says they will have to flip a coin for it.
