Legal in Texas?

Is there any reason that this would be considered "illegal" in Texas?

I was cruising GG&G's site looking at USP adapters and saw this along with the disclaimer's ~ so my curiosity grew.

it needs to have a c02 cartridge in the grip that discharges when the tube is pressed back and a wide peice of flat metal at the base of the tube.

I guess a mall ninja could throw a knife into the tire of a moving car. For us regular guys, a handful of tire spikes id much easier.

I used to carry ball bearings but found they left evidence. Clear marbles get the job done without evidence.

A couple of lug nuts work better, even if stopped for "encouraging" that moron to back off with a tap on the front of his cage, how can you be blamed for road litter kicked up by your tire?

as a tire deflator, probably. as a weapon, if they could classify it as such, most likely. the supreme court only seems interested in upholding the rights to keep and bear arms of contemporary weaponry. notably, handguns, shotguns and rifles to include full auto varieties (if you are part of the militia on the latter)
