Hundreds of thousands are without power! People are panicking because their food might spoil! It’s *raining* outside.

Sure, it’s in California, but I’m sure ERCOT is somehow culpable,right? Will there be calls for California to join the US power grid? Will the Governor and his cronies be vilified?
