Nah, I disagree. It definitely is over-smoked. Look at all the damage you have done. This is not salvageable. You need to throw it out.I think it’s fine now that I sliced into it. I get some caffeine & a cigarette in me and it’s cool time.
I really figured it was over smoked per the 178 degree temperature when I pulled it. Either way I had plan B & C for that matter. Glazing them in the sweet red Chinese rib sauce in bit sized bits then air fried reheated is the first.Yer fishin for compliments and I for one think it's fk-ing perfect.
So count me in...I'm coming over to, ah, taste test it and chew test it and smell the fragrance test it...ya bastid!
