My choice?
1) Rem 870
2) Mossberg 88 (I like the safety on the trigger guard).
3) Mossberg 500 (safety is on the stock tang).

The safety is a long reach on that Maverick. And no, my hands aren't small - I'm a Sig fan after all!
Realize this isn't a listed option but what the hell. I say find a Ithaca 37 either the new defense one or a used one maybe joebob can order it? The only Remington 870 I've ever shot was a pia broke down first out last year at Hicksville. Still haven't bothered to get it fixed wont cycle the action at all.
