    Looks a lot like the Penisaurus that was introduced at trade shows over 25 years ago. I remember one show shutting it down because at the end of every performance, it used an air cannon to shoot out a stream of packing peanuts. It just created too much of a mess to clean up.

    However, I don't see the base or mechanicals so I'm sure it's not the same machine. Close, though.
