    theres a theory that the radio chatter we are hearing is just to get the suspect to chill out. from what i am underatdning the cops know where he is and are waiting for daylight, and there was reports of radio silence. if these guys are smart they are listening to the same chatter we are and the lack of updates from what we are hearing is to make them relax.

    the scanner jumped off for a second. "suspect in custody!" then went to an emrergency broadcast that seemed like a blackout.


    now they are back but calling out addresses. dont know what happened with the suspects in custody.
