I mentioned in another thread that I am not much of a 1911 guy and only own a single 1911. I didn't want to derail the OP's thread and thought it was more appropriate to start my own thread.
I know that the phrase "pics or it didn't happen" pretty much applies at all firearms forums and Kyletxria has called me out.

If anyone wishes to post pics of oddball or super sized 1911's, feel free.

I am sure I will enjoy it more once I make it through the break in process. I'm having a few extraction issues at the moment since there has only been around 10 rounds through it. It's clear that the previous owner sent it to a dark corner of the safe without shooting it.

Have you tried 185gr ammo with it? Also my Citadel doesnt do wadcutters, stovepipes are a regular occurrence.

^ I haven't tried 185's yet since I don't have the appropriate powder, according to load data, for bullets under 230gr.^
That problem will be solved after the gun show this weekend hopefully.
