The only exception are civilian and military medical providers are authorized to photocopy military ID as proof of insurance.

That made me think . So I just contacted Oakley. They said you just need to fill out their form and they would be able to identify you as a military person. I have no idea how they could get that info, but they do.
Well I'm sure you could get a letter from your commander stating you are in the military. I know if I wanted something done with my PAC clerk, I just show up with a case of beer.
