    That the paperwork (by snail-mail) detailing the cost of doctors visits/MRI's/X-rays/Surgeries etc. would NO LONGER be provided?

    I know we weren't and can now only find a partial list of this type information electronically.

    Preliminary package was strictly the changes for next year. A ten or twelve page doc.
    The final package is in book form about 1/2” thick.
