Looks like things are settling down a bit. Ammo is still sky high but the evil black gun pricing is dropping fast.

I will try to attend. Hopefully we can hold some of these on the Ft. Worth side in the future or maybe Grapevine or mid cities area. Uncle Bucks restaurant at Bass Pro has pretty good food but costs a bit more.

TXARGUY, I have a no alcohol rule for myself as well. Guns and alcohol don't mix. At my BB&B, In did not allow the beer to be opened until guns were locked in cars for the day. I put mine in the lock box. I always do when I have guests.

Rudy's on US75 in Allen is very doable for me as well.

By the way, I hit Lewisville n Saturday. Ammo and gun prices are up but seem to have stabilized. Some specific calibers were in short supply. I had a hard time finding .45ACP. I did pick up a nice scope for my Remington 700.

TXARGUY, I had a hard time finding .45ACP. I did pick up a nice scope for my Remington 700.

At cabelas in ft worth had plenty of 45. And I'm drooling over the 700!

I live down in Johnson county,so I doubt I'll make it to Allen.
But if ya'll have one in/near Ft.Worth,I could probably make it if I happen to be off work.
Working in the oil/gas industry,I only get weekends off every 7 weeks.
