I'm looking for a replacement cylinder pin for this RG14 revolver. I've seen them online for around $25 but I'm not willing to pay that much for a pistol that I might shoot once every 10 yrs.

I just want to make it whole. (I have a screw w/ some electrical tape on it as a temporary fix to keep the cylinder in place.)

I would be willing to trade some ammo or something for it. I have 7.62x39 and 12 gauge to spare.

(BTW, this model revolver is the same one Hinckley attacked President Reagan with.)

    Thanks.

Keep the way you have it, if it works. I remember when they were a $30.00 gun in the late 70's.

The original pin has a narrowed section at the end that fits into a little hole in the frame and this helps keep the cycle in the correct position. The temporary pin I have doesn't always hold it correctly. Other than finding a replace pin, I don't plan on altering the revolver. Thanks!
