How do you dry those things out?

They make a drying rack. I just stuff balled up paper towels in mine. The one Rsty listed is nice. The military ones are way nicer than the civilian ones.(thicker bladder too)

I used a Camelback HAWG while dirt bike riding in the desert at Albuquerque, NM. A canteen just doesn't work because you need a sip about every 2 minutes. Stopping once in a while for big gulps of water is ineffective. A steady input of small sips works much better!

I dry mine with a broken plastic clothes hanger. I insert in into the bladder to keep the sides from sticking together then allow it to dry normally.

They offer an insulation for the drinking tube. I thought that was a waste of money until I got into the desert. The water in the tube gets very hot so that sip you take is less than refreshing! Insulate the tube in the desert for sure!
