I am new to reloading and have been reloading my .45 230gr plated bullets with 4.8 gr of bullseye and they are working well. My manuals call for 5.ogr (Lyman 49th and Richard Lee 2nd edition).
I thought I would reload some 9mm 115gr fmj and was surprised that the manuals call for the same load of 5.0gr of bullseye, just seems like to much.
Looking for ya'lls opinions.
I am loading using a Lee Turret loader with the powder discs and Lee says .53 will drop 5.0gr--in reality it is more like 4.7 to 4.8gr upon weighing it.
