Heh, wife and I drove past that very sign yesterday. I did not notice the modification. Only a stone's throw from this one is an adopt-a-highway sign, sponsored by the Bandera County Democrat party. It was defaced a few months ago. One of the happy Dims wrote a sad letter to the local paper, crying about the oppression.
A local feller rolled his eyes, loaded up his truck, and cleaned it up.
I don't recall seeing a thank-you, but at least they shut their pie holes.
