    Helotes!
I contacted my congressional rep and had their office contact the ATF and FBI. My background check with the FBI was completed a day after contact and then suppressor in hand a week later.

I believe I'd still be waiting if I hadn't reached out to my rep.

Hey brother, it's been a long time! Hope all is well!

I just went that same route yesterday after 155 days of waiting on my eForm 1 to be approved for my AR pistol.

I got a quick reply from Tony Gonzales' office and sent them the necessary paperwork to look into my case.

Given the average turnaround for eForm 1s is 45 days according to the ATF, there is no reason whatsoever for a delay in processing and approving my application.

Time will tell if my case worker is able to clear the log jam!

Last time this happened, I contacted Ted Cruz and got an approval in 2 weeks.

    This time, nothing.

I don’t know how much help Kay Granger will be considering she pushed to find the ATF

I reached out to Cruz' office at the same time I did Gonzales'.

I got a reply from the latter within an hour or two.

I am still waiting to hear back from Cruz...

It has been. Doing well balancing family and work. Hope y’all are doing well also.

Hopefully you don’t have to wait too much longer.

Hopefully she will help. There’s also a FBI email I’ve seen around that is used for inquiring about background checks. I sent an email once but did not receive a response.

For anyone curious.... The Office of Kay Granger helped this along... seems it was waiting on an FBI background check, which was probably just sitting there not moving for no good reason.
They completed the check today and put the ball back in the ATF's court to issue the F1

I've been waiting over a year for 3 paper transfers. I like paper forms.
My dealer says everything has been slow walked.

The good news is that values have gone way up in that time.
