If it was me involved in a DGU, I would most likely be on my cell. If so, I can turn it off. I don't know of any ability for someone to remotely turn my phone on completely. Yes, the tech exists for folks to listen in or track you, even when the phone is off, but I don't think anyone can turn it back on.That's what I thought.
