+1. Much more vertices. I just like it. Never tried the ergo, but better than the hogue, magpul, and standard.

I"m been looking at grips too, fortunately... they're one of the cheapest mod so far for my AR lol. I'm okay with the stock grip for now so my grip search can wait. I like the ergo grip too due to Sootch's review on youtube. GL with you decision.

I have a bunch of those Ergo Suregrips installed on my ARs. Like them to. The new Magpuls that have the rubbery texture are much improved. But I miss the ridge for the thumb.

I like the M16A1 grip with no finger hump like modern ones. Might be kind of hard to find these days though.

The Tango Down pistol grip is what I put on mine if I can't find an A1 grip.

Since Hogue finally decided to make their grips with the dog ear.

Hogue for me. Ergos are really thin. They fit the hand ok but it's the profile that gets me. Hogue is fatter with nice finger grooves. Durable.

No little gay rubber trap door on the bottom like ergo, either.

All of my ARs and all of my AKs wear Hogue over mold grips. They fit my hand the best and have just the right amount of tackiness to be non-slip, for me. A few do have a Hogue rubber grip plug so I can have a place to store small tools and spare batteries.

My .02 worth, for what it's worth.

    Crush, kill, mangle, maim, destroy.

MAGPUL grip fan here. A1, A2, ERGO ,ect I've found the MAGPUL MOE and MOE+. I like having the core as well. I used to keep a set of spare CR123s in there but have switched to the small oil bottle core.
