Ar15 complete billet lower -Frisco tx

I have a new billet lower, it has a dpms lower kit in it. A 6 position stock. It's a core 15 lower. I paid $325 but $250 cash will take it. I found a matched lower to complete my AR. I no longer need this.

What is the difference between his and a billet lower? I don't know enough to tell the difference.

I've always gone by whether or not the trigger guard was part of the receiver.

The lower pictured above is not billet. Core 15 does make a billet lower and it does have the trigger guard incorporated into the lower.
Below is a billet Core 15 lower.
