Good answers until he fell for the trap of "why do you need this?" He fell into defending against the accusation and should have answered
"on what basis and where is it specified in the bill of rights that our civil rights are determined on a basis of need?"
Second answer should have been
"what makes any individual who claims a need as a requisite for having a civil right as being morally sufficient to make such a claim, who or what do they think they are that they can decide others civil rights on a basis of needs?"
I agree he was pretty good except for that one 'question' I would have answered it other than as he did, he stumbled around too much. Not to mention if the piece was about hunting hogs, why bring it up? It being the media it's to be expected.
