    Yep, nothing wrong with it. For a 9mm it shoots very well. Never had an issue with it. Tactile feel of the loaded chamber indicator is nice. Trigger is also nice for a double or single action.

    Just to clarify, there are a few CZs. The big one is Česká Zbrojovka Uherský Brod of the Czech Republic. The CZ99 I think was marketed under the Česká Zastava name. There are several manufacturers in Eastern Europe trying to cash in on CZ-UB's name and popularity.

    I see the price on the CZ99s here have increased a little. I wonder if they use their own proprietary magazines or if they use a common type of mag like a CZ75 or Browning Hi Power.

    don't own one but have shot several they are good copies of the sig and shoot just about as well for a whole lot less money.

    Increase in price is likely connected with being adopted by the Iraq army in 2008 and buying 18,000 of them.
    Supposedly very good Sig clones.

    Interested to know just how close a clone it is to the 226. Apparently it doesn't use 226 magazines, but CZ EZ-9 mags instead. Wondering if a 226 holster would work for one.
