I sure hope so. I believe it would be the proverbial nail in the coffin for many democrats and republicans who no longer represent thwir constituents.

I don't see the US House voting for this Syria intervention resolution and I don't see Obamer doing much without it. (very limited strikes perhaps)

You'd get the religious right wingers like me (Cruz) and many of the libertarian types too (Paul).
