She is about 3-4 months old and has a very submissive and friendly demeanor.

I can't, just can't for reasons I won't go into, (medical ok) but would adopt if I could.

The dog was born female, but identifies as male.

She is currently missing. The neighbor she was staying with until she could go to the vet this morning left her outside and she is gone.

Searched for her last night and for a few hours at sunrise this morning.
