Nephew and niece invited some of us over for a cookout supper. I volunteered to bring some wings. Half of em seasoned with Kick'n Chicken and, for the sissies, half seasoned with SPG.

I've used the Kick'n Chicken for years. It's good for people that don't like really hot food. It's spicy but not overpowering. At least, that's my opinion.Nothing like a Weber with a vortex for cooking up some fantastic wings! I need to try that kickin chicken, how was it?

I smoke wings at 225 for about an hour, then finish in the fryer or on the grill at 450+. There’s a ton of smoke in those.
Smoke is good!I do like a hint of smoke flavor in my wings.
