I've had real good luck with this so far, and it's CHEAP. Cycles in my Glock 19 like a champ, and the power factor is enough to cycle other guns as well.

    Mixed Brass
    115 Gr. Berry's RN
    4.2 Gr. Titegroup
    Federal SP Primer

    $117 / 1000

I'm thinking of going down to 3.8 grains to see how soft I can make the load and still get good cycling.

After a few trials, I found this recipe to be consistently accurate in my P89DC:

115 gr FMJ Zero from Roze
    4.8 gr Winchester 231
    CCI primer
    1.113 OAL

    147 gr. Berry's RN
    3.1 gr. Win 231
    CCI small pistol
    1.169" OAL

VERY soft shooting, accurate, cycles the frankenglock and makes power factor.

    135 gr LRN Bayou Bullet
    4.2 gr WSF
    CCI SPP
    Mixed brass
    1.135 OAL
134 PF in XDM9 (16 lb recoil spring)

    Mild recoil and extremely accurate.

Most of my load work ups have been with 121-125gr bullets(berrys, rainier and HAP). I have great consistency with 4.2gr titegroup and 100% reliability even at 4.0gr. Through a chronograph these loads are popping out of my CZ75 and BHP right at 1160fps +/- 20 fps. I recently compared these loads to winchesters 124gr nato load and those produce closer to 1185fps +/- 20 fps. Great for everyday shooting and by no means a sissy load. Usually I'm using win brass and cci sp primers. OALs don't seem to make a big difference, from 1.055 to 1.155 all feed and perform just fine in my nines.

Yeah, my titegroup loads are pretty zippy. They are just like factory ammo, although factory ammo seems to be making much more velocity? Maybe I need to shoot them back to back. I don't care to load them any further up, since I'm using a plated bullet.

Very accurate load, and has very little recoil, and they are sub-sonic.
