I have become caffeine immune...
Used to bring me around, but I can have a couple cups, and fall asleep walking out to the mail box.
But some how, gun shots in the neighborhood makes me wide awake instantly, and will stay that way for hours.

Try meth - when caffiene fails, I hear tell that meth is the next best pick me up. When that fails, well, there's always good ol' Colombian Booger Sugar and xanax - all prescription of course. You may have to relocate to Peru or Denmark though.
