They should lose their right to publish if they ever make a grammatical error or misspell a word. After all, the First Amendment isn't absolute.

I was going to say they should lose their right to publish if they print anything but the facts. Anything that is just their opinions or slant not labeled as "editorial", that is, should be cause to shut them down.

"Shall not be infringed" Means not conditional.
