The whole concept of "waste not/want not". The Highlanders came up with it to make use of every possible part of the sheep, and at least make it taste good/special sauce?...because they didn't have the luxury of wasting anything useable.

On the sheep guts?

Do the Scots eat them before? Or after? The British Navy has their way with them?

Vegemite is...pretty intense. And the Aussies eat it like jelly on their bread. But haggis isn't garbage, it's a delicious treat.

Ok so I’ll continue to update with in-law drama as it arises, but I’m m gonna slightly repurpose this thread to include my fam’s random stuff, since I don’t know where else to put it LOL
