Okay, I thought this was a fun little segment. Skip ahead to 3:14 in the video to see the piglet sequence. We were hoping to find the rest of the sounder we had shot at a little earlier, but came across this group of piglets, or rather, they came across us.
My partner's gun messed up (bent bolt catch) and so while he was frantically trying to clear his malfunction, I was trying to deal with a mess of piglets. It was a lot of fun. Had trouble with the ones up close, but picked off distant sucklers well enough.
We finished the night with a total of 9 hogs plus another 6 fetuses, our best night in a while.
And yes, I have a 6.5 Grendel with a hilariously long barrel. Had to have it, if not just for the comedic value alone.
