We used Walmart exclusively due to close proximity.
Have been going to HEB since last week.
Us too. Only problem is where else to get things that you might buy from Walmart or Target? This is getting challenging.

Our biggest expenditure at WM was groceries, so at least that money is not going to them.

I bounce between my local hardware store & tractor supply for pretty much everything besides groceries. Worst case, you can usually find a lot on ebay or other online retailers

Again, how far do we go? eBay doesn’t allow a lot of fun stuff, Amazon is not pro 2A.
Not sure man. Everything I have listed has allowed me to not step in a walmart or target for a long time. And I agree about amazon thats why I didnt even list them. Ebay can be bad too but atleast on ebay I can buy from individuals with small businesses which I do all the time. You can also get info to order directly from their website instead of through ebay which wouldn't have been possible without ebay in the first place. So I use ebay like the whore it is to get what I want directly from a family or individual so they save on fees lol

My policy is if you dont like white people and dont want me to exist anymore then I am sure as shit not buying anything from you ever again if it can be helped. Gun control is just icing on that cake for me.

Family owned businesses > giant soulless corporations always

My local hardware store and tractor supply are much more expensive than Walmart.

Do I tell my 17 year that taking that machinist class next semester will have to wait or maybe never happen because every six months we are losing $400 by spending more on household supplies for a family of five? Yeah but at least we stood on principle.

You can do whatever the hell you want. I dont think anyone on here cares this much about your personal life or where you shop at. If I gave you that impression, I really don't. Just giving suggestions on how to not sacrifice your principles for convenience. Its not for everyone though

If he is 17 years old, shouldn't he be working to help out your family? Especially if $400 is going to be what makes or breaks you for the month

Is it ok if you save the money by shopping there and donate it to a pro gun organization? Would that be allowed?

How about if I buy more ammo than an normally would with the money I save.

How about if I save money by shopping there and invest in my kid’s education to work a trade? Would that be allowed?

    Red Flag Alert!!!

But seriously, I've been to Walmarts. What do they possibly sell there that you can't get at similar prices at higher quality elsewhere?

Except when shopping at Tractor Supply Co. Who gets the same "B" rating as Amazon.com.

    http://www.2acheck.com/amazon-com-rating/

    http://www.2acheck.com/tractor-supply-company-rating/

Can I walk onto Amazon property with a concealed or open carry handgun? lol i think that is a rather awful comparison to make. How the hell would you give a company like TSC a B rating when they sell ammunition and Amazon doesn't even sell magazines? Back to the drawing board on that one but I am all ears if TSC does anything anti-2A like join forces with gun control organizations.

Besides like I said, it goes beyond 2A issues for me. TSC is family owned from Tennessee, Jeff Bezos took a ride on Jeff Epstein's kiddie porn express plane.

I’m not buying it that some folks’ definition of “standing on principle” is so dang clear cut and virtuous. It’s complicated. More complicated than I want to waste my life, time and money figuring out.

And some here all high and mighty want to say that makes me anti 2nd.

    Riddle me this.

Which is supporting the 2A more?

Not supporting Walmart with my $$ that they won’t miss and staying home with no groceries... or wearing a 2A shirt there that several of my community members will see and ponder over and start to think about?

Nobody cares about your shirt. The only thing that matters is $$$. For a lot of folks, especially in rural areas, WM is the only option since they ran off mom & pop shops. So I get why folks may shop there. And with the money they save, they can donate to pro-gun causes like NRA, err, I mean ....

How can you say that when people stop to comment on it and it influences their day and your day and leads to an invitation to a class or a range?
